I would not have found this flat if it were not for Alasdair. During my viewings I was extremely impressed by his honestly and professionalism handling viewings during COVID. After I decided on my apartment, he was always quick to respond to my emails and calls and made the entire journey from submitting an offer, signing the paperwork and moving in easy and seamless. P.In one of those almost unbelievable scenarios, I walked in on a whim for the first time in JLL’s Chelsea office on a Monday, was very welcome by Andrew and Lydia and by Wednesday lunchtime Lydia had produced a serious offer from a prospective tenant. Truly a record. I could not have been happier with Lydia’s professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and positivity. Everything progressed very correctly and quickly and and the tenants moved in less than two weeks later. My overall impression of JLL Chelsea is of a growing outfit where the accessibility and friendly immediacy of a small team operates within the legal, professional and ethical framework of a much larger company.
