We are a couple come from HongKong first time stay in UK looking for a place for rent . Over one and half months staying in hotel we were not easy rent a house in London. Especially in Chiswick area . Thanks for the JLL agent mr. Gorege Reeves He is so helpful and efficient working with us . Replying extremely soon for our query . We just spent 3days signed the agreement of a nice apartment . We are also appreciate the JLL team follow up our paper work as well .

This review is in regards to one of the agents George Reeves. As you probably guess by the full star review, I‘ve found the whole process of arranging my lease forwards to the moving in procedure incredibly swift, kind, and as uncomplicated as it gets. The best experience with real estate agents I had so far (in London and beyond). What stood out for me, was the fact that George - as everyone associated with JLL - seems to understand that todays tenants can be buyers tomorrow. Something literally every real estate agency I‘ve dealt with in the past didn‘t want to understand (no shade intended). There was not a single aspect I could criticise if I tried. I‘ll never change to another agency again and highly recommend the agency in general, and George specifically. Great team!

George Reeves handled my move in and was very helpful and responsive during the whole process, he was always there to answer my questions and provide helpful information. A few mix ups (including the time of move on the moving day) but nothing major, just a bit stressful on the day of the move! Other than that, everything was run very smoothly and I've had a really positive experience with JLL and George - a package that was delivered to my new flat has been stolen though and that hasn't been resolved yet, so I will continue to find out what has happened.
