We switched agents to John Payne and noticed a tangible difference in service and expertise from the outset. Their photos were second to none. John Payne added value to the process and showed a clear differentiator to other agents and those simply online. Very soon from taking on our property we had a large number of viewings which resulted in an offer within 6 weeks. The lease on the property and nature of the sale was a bit complicated but throughout the process until completion Jack and Stuart kept us informed and were always friendly, responsive and professional.
