Sebastian Callow is one of the best brokers in London. He doesn't waste your time, keeps to your requirements and makes sure you are completely satisfied. I met with him, gave him my budget and must haves for a flat within a very small geographical area (walking distance to the office, but very close to public transport) and within two days I was signing the lease for exactly what I asked for and needed. He followed up regularly to make sure i was completely happy and there were no surprises. He is a rare gem in a field of time wasters and idiots.

This transaction has took ages(caught a buyer in April) due to various issues, including buyer’s mortgage issues and taking very long time to get some documents between my solicitor and buyer’s solicitor.
