As a first year Chinese student in London, KFH provided me a fantastic flat with not only high-tech furniture but also perfect location. And they put me as a priority as I was in a hurry, it took me only one week to move in since the day the recommended me the property.

Salvatore and his team were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. We had 30 first viewings alongside numerous 2nd and 3rd viewings in under 3 weeks and got us 3 offers from 3 different parties. George (who carried out most of the viewings) was very polite and gave me timely feedback on every single viewing. They made sure that each person coming to view was actually a serious buyer and they didn't do (what other agents can do) of simply driving clients round 6 flats which they 'might' like. No time wasters and they were happy to work around the timings for our young children. They even arranged for a second set of photographs to be taken when we weren't happy with the quality of the first set. Salvatore was always contactable even on weekends and it has been a pleasure to work with them. Due to their dedicated and hard work we managed to secure our dream house.

We viewed several properties with this estate agent, matter of fact they had the best selection of all. In the end we did not go through them as our offer was rejected but Valentina was wonderful, she arranged to cover for the viewing on Saturday and waited for us even if we were late 20 minutes (not our fault, all the viewings were late and traffic was horrendous). She showed us around calmly and competently, not the type of estate agent that flies around opening doors every 5 seconds. She had prepared the property for us while waiting, and she allowed us a second round with pictures!!! Also I think KFH or maybe a different branch forces you to enter all the data in their system before you can make an enquiry with the landlord but Valentina handled this for us, pity it got rejected but excellent customer service. Will use again in the future.

I do strongly and highly recommend Thomas Meilak. Tom helped me looking for a flat and was absolutely instrumental in my search. I’ve met and dealt with a number of agents and he is not only very professional, knowledgeable and helpful but he is also very genuine in his recommendation which is rare. He understands quickly the criterias and saves you a lot of time in your hunt. We’ve scheduled a 45mn slot for viewings and seen a bunch of options all relevant. More importantly he is not only a commercial agent but he really has a strong knowledge of the legal side when you get into the details of the contract and of the whole process and market in general which makes you feel comfortable. Last but not least - one of the most responsive persons I’ve had the chance to deal with. I recently used KFH Earl's Court in the search for a property rental, and was assisted by Veronika as well as later in the process by Andy, the manager. Veronika was very helpful in scheduling us a prompt property viewing and making us aware of all the details of the property, with a couple exceptions that she did later get back to me about. She also made us aware from the beginning of requirements the landlord had for us, which was useful as that hasn't always been the case when I have rented other properties. Andy was helpful further into the process as we began assembling the necessary documents and guarantors as he clearly outlined what we needed. The process of then letting the property was quick and efficient, and KFH's procedures allowed us to quickly make a move on a property we liked, something that has not been the same in my dealings with other lettings agents. The group of us renting the property are all very happy with our new tenancy, and we are all quite excited to move in after what has been an efficient and pleasurable process with KFH.

If you use these guys ask for their agent Shaun - we have been hunting for a 2 bed flat for nearly 2 months and having met a million London estate agents this guy was a welcome change. Firstly he got us a viewing the same day we saw the advert for the flat. He went out of his way to make our experience with KFH easy, there was none of the usual crappy estate agent chat, no pressure to place an offer, he even went back to the property the day after our viewing so we could double check how much storage there was and then sent us pictures. He was really communicative and kept us in the loop and respected that we couldn't speak on the phone during office hours and therefore text or emailed us. Equally he also gave me advice regarding general tenancy stuff which was really helpful. It's a shame there aren't more agents like him around.
