I don’t think I could be feeling more positive and grateful about KFH’s role in recently selling my Highgate flat. The whole team are fantastic, but Carlton Ruth (the active agent) was simply superb. He achieved a very decent price for the property and made the end-to-end process completely stress-free. Expect a highly collaborative and thorough approach, with great communication and knowledge application. I can’t recommend Carlton and KFH Highgate more highly.

However the negatives were that we felt that the flat was over valued by KFH which potentially slowed down the sale, and during a viewing some items were broken - and we felt this could have been dealt with better by KFH.
