I was very happy with the KFH service. We had just over a week to find a place to stay and were obviously quite stressed. One of the agents (Kieth) made a plan to see me fairly late on the same day I inquired about a property. He then took time on one of his days off to speak to me (as well as over the weekend) about the offer we made and discuss the terms and just over a day later we he secured the house. We all really appreciate that Kieth put effort into ensuring that it was a speedy process and being aware of our needs and stress we were going through

I couldn't recommend KFH in Southfields more highly. From the initial meeting for a valuation (for rental and sales) Jay and his team have gone above and beyond to provide assistance, without being at all pushy, which I have experienced at other places. They were extremely informative, proving a lot of information I could take away and review about the local area, similar properties they had sold and let, and how the market is. Throughout the renovation of the flat prior to putting it on the market, they were so helpful in offering advice, and even went to the property to ensure everything was cleared after the builders were there so it was completely ready for the new tenants to move in. I cannot recommend the people at KFH in Southfields more, and in a world where sites like Purple Bricks exist, they truly showed why paying for an estate agent to act for you is in fact still the right approach to buying a property. From day one, they came in with a professional yet positive approach to our move. Always optimistic, yet not afraid to be realistic too, which we really appreciated. They had our Flat on the market in record time, in before we knew it, we had an offer! We were selling a shared ownership property, which we thought may cause issues, however they helped guide us overcome all kinds of hurdles, some of which involved them going well above and beyond there roles. This trend continued when it came to exchanging, which due to other parties was made to be very challenging and stressful. When all other parties went quiet or slowed down, made ridiculous requests or became tricky, they were the only party to continue fighting our corner and advise in a calm and professional manner. Finally, they constantly kept us updated every step of the way, which sounds simple, but I believe is a key part of great customer service in there field that seems to be greatly missing from other estate agents / solicitors. This was invaluable, and without them, we would not have exchanged in time to make the cut off date for the stamp duty and purchase our new home. I would specifically like to thank Laura and Lloyd, who genuinely cared about us, and were willing to fight for us when no one else would. I felt KFH were extremely professional from the outset compared to other estate agencies. Commanding a greater understanding of the local property market, preparation for sale was made easy, including photographs taken professionally (not by the estate agent themselves, trust me it does happen), and the guarantee of having one dedicated professional throughout. I would also add that despite the fact I was only selling a relatively small flat it genuinely felt that they cared more so than others. Whilst I was happy with the whole KFH team, Laura was especially excellent throughout and ensured I had numerous viewings from day one, making sure these were practical for ourselves given potential homeworking. As well as providing prompt feedback from prospective buyers (generally the next morning). Throughout the actual offer acceptance process through to conclusion of sale Laura was also amazing in handling the vast array of information between various parties and ensuring the focus of moving the sale process forward and getting it over the line. Having never sold a property before I was maybe somewhat cynical about the effort it entailed but now see how valuable it is to have a specialist to manage this. The only thing I was not a fan of was the group viewings on a Saturday (as I feel people like to get a feel for your property without the pressure of others), however as I raised this in advance most viewings were private where possible. I would definitely use the services of KFH again and recommend to others. If I have not given credit enough above I would like to thank the whole KFH team (especially Laura) on the sale of my property and the onward purchase managed by Lloyd at the Southfields office.

From first valuation which was realistic, to their advice about re-marketing when necessary, to conclusion approximately seven months later, all the staff were easy to contact, friendly and communicative and, above all, liaised efficiently between all parties and, at times, exerted pressure when pressure was due. I had an excellent solicitor but my buyers certainly did not, and that caused untold difficulty. Unfortunately KFH failed to do basic checks on behalf of the landlord (a service that he'd specifically paid for) before we moved in and consequently we were left without a boiler for a week during one of the coldest periods in February and an oven for over 8 weeks. There was no sense of urgency or initiative in resolving either issue and ourselves and the landlord found the whole process incredibly frustrating.
