During the pandemic, one of my flats became empty. After months struggling with established estate agents F0xt0ns and Portic0 and getting no visit or interest, I switched to KMIAI to rent and manage the property. Result: the flat was rented in no time to young professionals sharing and they are still around 1 year later, with no fuss. KMIAI letting fees are also much lower, there is no "smallprint" and Andrea is very reactive. I wish I had done it much earlier. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend KMIAI Properties, I just moved to london from France for work, and my realtor agent put me in contact with Adreas who is managing the apartment where I moved in Since the beginning, Adreas was very friendly, and reactive. He helped me with the details and arranged every detail for when I arrived at the apartment, I had all set. At the beginning he was kind enough to send me all the information and pictures I needed to pack and prepare my arrival. He also managed directly with my assistant all contracts for the utilities. Rented a studio/flat in Aldgate for a year and everything flowed very smoothly.
