KF is a very efficient and professional company. During my rental process, I was provided with highly comfortable service and helped me with many issues. It was also very flexible, reasonable and efficient in dealing with issues. My manager is Omar, and he is by far the best manager I have ever met, very patient and friendly. He offered the most sound advice and efficient solutions to the few obstacles I encountered in obtaining a lease, even if it was for my own personal reasons. Based on my personal experience, I think it is safe to go with KN without hesitation and suggest that you perhaps contact Omar.

My sister and I worked with Omar and Knight Frank to rent a flat in Chelsea, London. Omar provided us with the most efficient and best possible experience in renting a unit, showing his professionalism and reliability. Even with an 8 hour time difference, due to being in California prior to our move, Omar answered every email/text immediately keeping us up to date on properties coming onto the market. Being in the US we weren’t able to tour the flat but Omar helped immensely by supplying us with photographs, videos and information that made it almost equal to actually viewing it in person!! Dealing with Oliver and Knight Frank Battersea office was a breeze. He managed to accommodate a viewing request which was placed only an hour prior despite a busy schedule. This request later on turned into an agreement in 24 hours and all the necessary arrangements were efficiently done earlier than the move-in date, two weeks after the viewing. The process was done in a very efficient manner considering the need to do things remotely with the social distancing guidelines due to COVID-19. Up-to-date business practices, useful tools and software applications, level of professionalism and ability to identify needs and provide immediate resolutions will definitely exceed expectations of landlords and prospective tenants looking for a letting agent's assistance and guidance.
