D. F.My experience overall was positive, Ines was great - following up each week & helped me find a beautiful flat in my desired location which I totally love.
I was however very disappointed that Knight Frank advertised the property in question with images of a garden that I have no access to.
I was also told I couldn't make an offer as the trust who own the property wouldn't accept anything lower than the advertised price, only to be told after moving in by the landlord that wasn't the case. Knight Frank did the job - but questionable sales tactics.
