REVIEW IN RELATION TO "JESSICA BISHOP" In January 2019, Knight Frank were mandated with the task of managing the expedited sale of our multi-million pound home based in Kensington, London As is common knowledge, the viable sale of assets in this price class has been severely affected by the ongoing BREXIT caused uncertainty. Despite this, Knight Frank (superbly represented by Jessica Bishop) were recently able to secure a tenable buyer at a commercially attractive price point. The structure of the transaction, and the nature of the buyer, were all very complex and unorthodox. In spite of this, Jessica Bishop steered the transaction to exchange expertly. Working alongside her has been an absolute joy. She has proven herself to be an accomplished professional displaying copious amounts of resilience, tact, intelligence and patience throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in either working with Jessica again or recommending her services (plus that of Knight Frank) to others.
