My agent and I dealt with Elliott when he worked for landlord in letting a flat. At first I had no idea as my agent dealt with with him. But after a while that I had to deal by myself before signing the contract, I got a responsive and helpful advice. Elliott is punctual, professional and willing to assist with letting and provide extra advice related to the flat.

Hands down the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. I had a flat that was sitting vacant for months with another agent until I found Landstones by chance. Elliot was incredibly proactive, always assessing the prospective tenants feedback and market conditions and making recommendations which led to the flat now occupied. Tom then took over as the managing agent who was equally proactive, always keeping me updated on progress, the definition of “bringing solutions not problems”. I feel very at ease leaving my property to be managed by Landstones, they are a great team, very competent, attention to detail, and as a bonus all lovely people to work with!

We have just secured a tenant for our flat in South Kensington. Elliot, the Lettings Director, has been superb. He has worked tirelessly and gone the extra mile for us, arranging furniture disposal and installation, visiting the flat on "D-day" morning to ensure that all was in order, etc. Unilke other agents who have had to work remotely, he has been available on site throughout the lockdown, He has kept us informed at all times, and his attention to detail has been superb. We would recommend him and Landstones without hesitation.
