I had a great experience with Joel and Legacy PC. Joel helped my family and I locate a flat to rent, while we were still abroad. As prospective tenants on a time pressured property search, we could not have hoped for a more seamless handholding. Joel is very helpful and efficient. He showed us properties in line with our preferences. When we liked a particular flat, he gave us a detailed and transparent summary of the rental property and made a point of being completely fair in how he dealt with the offer process. Extremely positive experience and I highly recommend him to anyone searching for their next property, especially someone relocating from abroad.

I moved in an apartment managed by Legacy right during the Christmas season. Initially the property wasn’t in optimal state but Legacy especially our manager Fahmida was quick to arrange for repairs and respond to my other requests and queries. Both me and my wife are really lucky and greatful to Joel for helping us find a superb apartment in one of the best locations in London. We are students from Georgia, first time in London and it was our first expereince of renting an apartment long-term. We did not have any contacts here and it was hard for us to find a trustworthy person, who would help and guide us through the process remotely (we were in a quarantine hotel for 10 days) but all went unbeliavably fast (it took less than 5 days to move in the apartment) and smoothly with Joel's help. Our first encounter with Joel was by the phone from the website. He did not know us and we did not know him, but he was attentive, considerate and helpful from the very begining. We wanted the apartment, which we are currently living in, very much. He negotiated on behalf of us with the Landlord. I love his approach of investing early on in understanding tenant's requirements - what you need, what are you willing to compromise etc. He eliminates irrelevant listings for you which makes house search pleasant, stress-free and saves you loads of time. I have never viewed more than 3 listings in person before finalising the house and got what we were looking for every time- this is the level of investment he makes in understanding you as a person and what you are looking for. I could not be more pleased with this agency. Amazing service, very professional. Joel was very helpful during the whole process and went above and beyond to get me the property I wanted. Legacy PCL seems to genuinely care about their customers. My experience with other letting agencies has not been good, they will try to put pressure on you with dirty tactics like saying there has been other offers for a property you are interested in. Unlike those agencies, Legacy PCL was always transparent with everything and didn't use that kind of tactics at all. I definitely recommend Legacy PCL! I am very happy with my new flat
