They also have made the moving out process easy and efficient.

Recently moved out of Weld Works, owned and managed by Lexadon.
The email communications I had with the staff were usually quite good. Rhea, Cameron and Emily were especially nice and helpful, and I found it easy and positive to communicate with them.
The flat was a great location and generally nice to live in with friendly neighbours.
On the flip side however, I felt as though as Lexadon owned and managed the building, and there was evidently quite a high turnover of tenants, costs, upkeep and improvements were kept to a bare minimum. Fixtures in the flat were all very cheap and the flat had a tired and hollow feel. Any shortcomings in terms of how problems were addressed were likely not down to the staff but instead where the property was placed on the market. If the property was properly maintained, acceptably secured, responsibly (not minimally) fire safe, and generally fitted out to a higher standard the flats would be a lot more appealing, tenants would likely stay longer, and they could probably charge more for it (or at least justify the current cost).
Overall I had a fairly positive experience with Lexadon and would probably recommend them to a friend, and the flat with all of my stuff in was actually quite nice (light and great for plants) but the short-cornered, cheap approach that I felt was inherent to the building wasn’t for me.

My friend and I rented from Lexadon for three and a half years. We only moved out due to job changes, and moving in with our partners. Overall Lexadon were a pretty good landlord.
The flat itself was in pristine condition with all new appliances.
Most repairs and maintenance issues were resolved, and often promptly. A faulty oven was completely replaced within 3 days - we were very impressed. Other issues were reported, inspected, forgotten and never addressed despite reminders from us. No idea what happened but perhaps the pandemic restrictions were to blame there.
Lexadon adhered to all changes in the law with regards to maximum deposit (when the cap changed we were refunded the difference quickly) and the ban on admin fees.
Our deposit was returned with just £19 of deductions for minor fixes, which we both deemed perfectly fair.
Most email communications from most staff members like Cameron and Rhea at Lexadon were polite, clear, positive and helpful. The landlord largely left us alone and nobody came to the property unless at our request for repairs etc.
Lexadon has an emergency number but this number is not functional between 10PM–7AM. So you best not encounter any emergencies during this time or you're on your own!
Once we announced our intention to leave the property, naturally email communications with Lexadon increased. Some messages from other staff members were generic, robotic, seemingly automated and not entirely helpful, as though responses were composed without anyone having read our previous messages.
It seemed that, once we were no longer a source of income for Lexadon, their interest in helping us waned significantly, for example their inability to forward on late post. I think it's a matter of courtesy to be able to forward on post to a reliable and amenable tenant of several years; I don't believe a functional business / office lacks the means to sort out a bit of post. Especially when a forwarding address is requested but not actually used!
Lexadon also needs to keep on top of its communication with its estate agents. On arranging viewings for prospective future tenants: agents frequently emailed the wrong email addresses, failed to notify BOTH of us, failed to adhere to the 24 hour notice period ("Can I pop by this afternoon?" ), and continued to contact us after we'd moved out.
Our tenancy was largely problem free and enjoyable but they didn't make our departure particularly easy with repetitive emails and reticence to elucidate on simple questions.
TLDR: Great property, good pprocedure, manner and people skills could be improved upon. I sincerely hope my review is helpful.

Rhea has been helpful whilst moving out of the property we rented. Unfortunately I feel there was a lack of communication before speaking to Rhea. 2 tenants caught covid just before moving out so it was very stressful not knowing what was happening regarding end of tenancy cleaning, deposit etc. During our time renting from Lexadon we were mostly satisfied.

The property managers are very involved and visit the property in a timely manner to sort any problems, Rhea Glasscock has been extremely helpful whilst helping sort the redecoration of the house during the pandemic. I have just moved out after 7 years living in a property managed by Lexadon, and I could not be happier with the service provided. From the start, the moving-in process was very smooth and straightforward, and I was impressed by the efficiency of the paperwork and the warm welcome I had into the property. Also, unlike many other letting agencies, Lexadon will do everything they can to protect and return your deposit in full.
When something goes wrong, emails are answered promptly (within 24 hours or less), and the maintenance team are booked as soon as they are available. For more urgent matters, they come straight away. Even during the lockdown, a couple of things went wrong in the flat, and the relevant professionals were sent to the property on the same day of reporting the issue. I would like to thank Rhea Glasscock, in particular, for looking after me and for her great empathy when something needed to be repaired.
Rhea is approachable, friendly and highly professional. She has been working at Lexadon Group for a number of years now, and I was very impressed by her ability to deal with matters in a timely fashion. I felt relaxed knowing that I was in very good hands. If you are a good tenant, you can be assured that Lexadon and its team will be there for you. I would not look any further.
All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they will do everything that is in their hand to help you. I have never had a dispute or bad experience with them.
Lexadon knows how to deal with property matters and they care about their tenants. If you are planning to rent a property, I would look no further. After 21 years living in London and having rented a number of properties, I recommend them without any reservation.

In my 17 years of experience I’m yet to find a company that exhibits the same level of efficiency and rapid response time when called upon to deal with an issue. Tenants can rest assured that the office staff are persistent with contractors until issues are resolved. Honestly go to another landlord after renting a Lexadon flat and you soon realize that you have to wait 4 weeks for a washing machine or for something to be done that is broken. I lived in one of their Brixton properties (Stewarts Place) for just over a year and have nothing but positive things about the group and team, especially Tianna who has been fantastic throughout the last few months. I was looking to extend by 1 month, which fell outside of the agreement as my new home wasn't ready and she was open, transparent and incredibly helpful in what was otherwise a difficult time. Every time we needed something doing i.e. broken blind (our fault, not theirs) it was fixed within 24 hrs at a time convenient to me. Very professional. An organised team. Very apprioachable. Check outs and check ins are generally arranged so that there is 'no gap" which makes it substanially easier to time manage and to document for my company. Work is always allocated with plenty of notice. So ' Good forward planning". Works orders are detailed in regard to keys and fobs required and also details of gate and door codes and alarm codes. Monitoring the key release and return acurately. Attend to faults and dilapidations identfied during the check out and check in expeditiously. Ensure that the outgoing tenants are made aware of their obligations with plenty of notice, in regard to the check out procedure and how the properties should be left in regard to cleaning issues. They are contacable out of hours if necessary. A good , well organised company in relation to property management.
