My stay for 3 month with Lexstone was absolutely perfect. The management were so professional, polite and responsive. Everything i could need was available and anything i needed was supplied so quickly without delay. The property itself was well maintained and in a great location. I wanted to take the time to write a review about Viviane Urnau, who is Lexstone’s property manager for our family rental home, which they are managing on our behalf. In all honesty, she is a consummate property manager, and it has been an absolute delight to work with her in the past month to have our property rented out. She was always friendly, punctual, and presented herself and our home very well to prospective tenants. And the quality I appreciated the most about Viviane is that on numerous occasions, she went above and beyond through the leasing process to make sure all the paperwork was completed ahead of time, and all of the guess/labour work was taken away from us as the landlords. It was a truly seamless process for my family. We couldn't have asked for a better property manager, and I highly recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a property management company, and manager to work with.
