Fern has been supportive, super fast to respond to any queries and genuinely friendly! She helped to make the move as smooth as possible and was very patient throughout the referencing process! I highly recommend her and Life Residential if you are looking for a place in the area!

Life Residential helped me already twice with finding the property I was looking for. Both times the service was absolutely fantastic. I worked with Robin Dach, who proved to be very professional, responsive and helpful. Each time Robin was able to find the right property within a very short period of time. The reference checks were done quickly and efficiently - their online platform Goodlord is great. Life Residential’s administrator Anita Ksiazczyk also did an excellent job with informing me promptly about any missing reference documents and arranging all paper work. To give a full picture, I think there is some room for improvement when it comes to property management - I wish the property manager for my first apartment I rented through Life Residential was faster at responding to my emails. I also firmly believe that the replacement of kitchen chairs and fixing of a wardrobe should not take 2.5 months.

I highly recommend Robert van Toor at LiFE Residential Canary Wharf. We started looking for a home in late 2019 and we viewed many different properties with different agents. Rob is definitely one of the best and our favorite. Unlike some other agents, Rob is never pushy or overly 'sale-sy'. You can tell he cares for his clients' interests. He is professional, approachable, patient, honest, reliable, responsive... all the good qualities you'd look for in a trustworthy Sales manager. He took the time to listen to our requirements (sometimes unrealistic) and shared his insights / advice with us. Working with him, we developed a much better understanding of exactly what we liked and what's possible with the constraints we have. Rob found us a few really attractive flats before they were even put on the market!!! We've now found our dream home and I'll definitely find Rob again when I'd like to trade up or rent it out.

We didn't find our flat professionally cleaned, one head shower isn't working, we asked for assistence for other issues but we got poor answers at the very beginning of our rental and nothing at the moment (we moved on 3rd of August). I hope they're going to give us the assistence we deserve shortly.

Initially had a difficult time with Life, as before move in to a flat we asked certain basic things to be fixed and the agent 1 day before move in said yes yes all done. But on move in literally notin was done. (17 missing light bulbs, electrical issues, cleaning issues). Since we had to move in we did as is. For the first month it was difficult to get the work done as the property manager in charge had left and landlord was acting funny and things kept dangling on. Then a new property manager came in Christopher Lazarides, and he has been exceptionally good in sorting all our issues out. Our initial overall experience with liferesi was not great at all but our property manager has changed it. Hopefully that continues.

My property manager is Rebecca Stewart. I found her helpful and proactive. For instance there were a number of works required at the end of the last tenancy and the quotes were all pretty high for what I thought were relatively simple jobs. Upon hearing this from me , Rebecca on her own initiative sourced for more alternative quotes and managed to get one which was at least 25% cheaper . It makes a huge difference when you have a manager that is aligned with you in terms of what is achievable and I am glad its Rebecca that is managing my unit.

Myself and my girlfriend cannot thank Robin enough for his help in finding us our flat. We were massively let down by a previous Estate Agent (not LIFE!) for a property despite paying a deposit and we were running out of time to find a place before our previous tenancies were ending. Robin understood our situation and provided his help right when we needed it. Robin was attentive and listened to exactly what we wanted and needed. He provided some options and we managed to get our flat sorted in the next few days and it really took the stress out of lives. Rented with Life Residential for a year in Canary Wharf. I have to admit that their response time is quite slow and unsatisfactory. It took nearly a week to provide a replacement fob and when I went to collect it from the concierge (after being informed that it was there) it was not there. Despite being told that the Agents did not have spare keys (after being locked out on the balcony overnight) they were seemingly able to freely access the property when they wished to do so. Further, it has been nearly 6 weeks since the end of our tenancy and our deposit has still not been returned. For 2 lightbulbs they charged us 94 pounds out of our deposit, we would usually have disputed this but the further delay is just not worth it. Lessons learnt by all.

We just recently moved to Greenwich to a one-bedroom flat maintained by Life Residential. We had some issues at the beginning. The fobs were not activated, hot water was not running in the flat and we were not able to open the balcony door. We contacted our Property Manager, Sergi who was really friendly and professional at the same time. He quickly explained how we can activate our fobs, arranged two engineers to fix our balcony door and helped us to arrange an engineer for the hot water. Bought a flat in Canary Wharf through Rob, at the Canary Wharf branch. Overall, the experience was great - from viewing, making an offer, waiting for completion and even some after sales enquiries. I think what stood out was really how much Life knew about the development and the flat - and having done viewings in the area for almost 2 years with other agents I'd say they definitely knew everything about the flat (including the integrated appliances) and it was apparent from the first viewing. The process for me was pretty smooth from placing an offer to getting it accepted - they were very responsive, transparent and helpful along the whole process, i.e. if you had a question about anything, they would get back to you promptly - from queries about what your solicitor is up to, the furniture etc. They've also got a proper sales progression team who keeps tabs on your solicitor , which helps for the usual 2-3 month wait time from when you agree to buy to completion. Also note that when I purchased the flat it was near the end of the SLDT holiday, so they were probably they've ever been and to keep that level of service is exceptional. I'd definitely use them for this flat again - their knowledge of particular developments in Canary Wharf are unparalleled and I can't really see the point of using another agency for those developments. Even if I were to get another 'high end' flat in central London I think I'd stick to them - they know these 'high end' developments better than any other agency I've come across in my 2 years of flat-hunting (and more years of renting). Also another small observation since receiving the keys: part of my flat went into short circuit (because of the first time I used my oven....) and I had no idea what to do - called them up and asked for help and they knew where exactly the issue was and how to resolve it. I'm completely amazed and speechless. Not to mention how well Rob knew how to work all the integrated appliances, when we were checking if everything was in order......I'm still struggling through that thick manual book now.....

I was renting one of the life residential's property last year, and due to a personal reason, I wasn't be able to reclaim my deposit. However there was a lovely lady helped me, and her name is Danielle Lalor. Her work was quick professional and heart warming. When I was worry about if I could reclaim my deposit after such a long time(near 4 month after). She gave me hope and quickly offered every information I was needed. I appreciated Robin's attentiveness in helping me find an apartment when I randomly walked into the Canary Wharf office. It had been a rough time to find a place in London as a tenant and he was the only letting agent that expressed empathy about that. Since then, the process of getting the apartment set up has been pretty smooth - Life Residential seem to use a lot of external tools that are dedicated to simplifying things like setting up bills etc. I can't speak for their property management yet, but the sales experience on the tenant side was better than I had at other letting agents I tried in this area.

I would highly recommend Darnell McDonald from Life Residential Canary Wharf office. We were looking for a two bedroom flat in Canary Wharf and the timeline is a bit tight. I'm going to be honest, if this review was written for the first 3 years of our renting experience with life residential I would have given 1 star...repairs took over 9mths of chasing to be executed and communication was a joke!. However, I have now learned that it has everything to do with individual staff and not life residential as a whole. Our last property manager szilvia nemeth was really helpful and professional and I felt really happy with the service she provided. Our current agent Hayley Bellfield is by far the best agent we have had to date, she replies promptly to our emails and is always available via phone. she has tackled our repairs list head on with professionalism and we feel that for once we have a property manager that actually cares about our issues. we can't recommend her enough.

He understood that due to my job I have very limited time during the week and he always tried to give me the best possible and suitable time for me. Once I moved in, I realized that there is a problem with the sink in the bathroom, which didn't allow me to use it (after a week I found a nonoptimal way to use it). I contacted the property manager. She is trying her best to get landlords approval to fix the issue. However, I would have expected that these kind of issues were solved before moving into the apartment.

Good selection of flats in prime buildings around Canary Wharf: José helped me to find a flat matching my request. He was friendly, professional and available. Renting process was efficient, done smoothly with electronic document / signature. A property manager was then assigned during my tenancy, no problem during the 3 years. There is clear instruction / contact should you have any question/problem. Left the flat 1 month ago as I relocated outside UK. Process was organised again.
