New to renting, I popped into the offices in St George Wharf and was met by a lovely lady called Amy, she asked some questions and I explained that this was my first time renting, Amy was very helpful and sent a video of an apartment she thought might be suitable. I arranged to view the apartment and Amy showed me around. I put an offer in which was acceptable and from there the process was fairly straightforward. Amy kept in touch and ensured everything was going ok. Amy reassured me when the financial checks needed to be rechecked. Amy emailed me to let me know she would be away over Christmas and who to contact if I needed anything. I collected the keys and Amy had written a personal note to wish me well which I thought was a nice touch

A fantastic experience as a student and international, which usuall Poses various challenges to find a home. I was extremely happy with the treatment I received all throughout my experience.
