Great company, very professional and efficient but also a real ‘local and community feel’ style. Vicky Bibiris and David Dyer are fab. I’ve known Vicky since I first got in touch with LL 10 years ago, and David Dyer recently let my house, he was so enthusiastic and hands on with the whole process, he did all the leg work, I just made the house shine and popped some cookies in the oven. I have to say the process of taking over and sorting all the documents was made incredibly stress free thanks to the help of Adam, Donna and Anjali. Since then, Anjali has been our main POC at LL and is always super quick to respond to any issues or questions we've had, in an extremely friendly and professional manner, whether it's a Wednesday morning or Sunday afternoon! Would definitely use LL when searching for a property in the future in London.

Although a buyer was found very quickly, we can't say it was ever smooth progress. The solictor they chose for use to do the conveyancing in our opinion was not very good. It dragged on forever and was very stressful. Lauretta was very professional throughout and did her very best to push things on but once or twice we honestly felt like jacking it all in. The Managing Director Vicky Bibiris was very clear in explaining there approach to selling properties and how they arrived at a valuation for any given property. She seemed very confident in Locations methods. They have been a massive support since I set up the family website StokeyParents; helping me collect hundreds of presents for children in Hackney who otherwise would have gone without at Christmas, promoting the appeal with their own fliers and donating loads of amazing presents themselves. They definitely aren't your typical estate agents. I have been blown away by their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I've spent a lot of time in their offices lately planning the toy appeal and they have a brilliant relationship with everyone who comes in. I also love the fact that their shopfront is interesting and attractive - it enhances Church Street more than other estate agencies which only have pictures of properties in the window. With their incredible help children at 27 Hackney hostels, 3 children’s centres, 3 schools, the Hackney Food Bank and The Claudia Jones Organisation, which supports victims of domestic violence, had a better winter.
