My whole experience as a tenant with London Estates has been amazing, they are without doubt the best letting agent I've ever dealt with. John and team have gone above and beyond in every respect to ensure I'm happy with my flat. Super professional and always on hand to respond to any questions I've had. If you want a personal service that's a far cry from the big name, soulless agencies, then really look no further. Can't recommend enough.

Head and shoulders above the competition. Rentals, managements, sales, advice, troubleshooting, they've become my go-to agent. Can't thank them enough for the help and hard work they've put in over the last half decade. You're not paying for flashy high street offices, and by keeping their overheads lower, their fees are lower, and they are much more resilient to economic variability. I have been renting a property from London Estates over the last 18 months and just renewed it. After four years of traumatic experiences with other estate agencies, I was pleased our paths crossed. They are the most professional, respectful and efficient Estate Agency I ever interacted with. The property was spotless when I first visited it, professionally painted, new carpet and appliances. At the beginning of the tenancy, we encountered an intermittent issue with water heating. It was a complex problem, and London Estates hired several professionals and solved it very fast. Approximately three months ago, during a stressful day, I locked myself outside of the apartment; they were about to close the office but kindly waited until I could collect a spare key.
