10/10 would recommend. Throughout my two year tenancy in a Central London two-bedroom flat Stephen and the team have shown nothing but the utmost professionalism. Stephen arranged a very smooth process from initial viewing to signing the lease and has always been very responsive to queries and open to discuss any of our requests. Stephen from London Homes helped to rent out my 1-bed flat in SW London. They have good market knowledge (price point etc), produced high quality property marketing, incl photographs and video - I believe that made my flat stand-out in the hundreds that are for rent. Stephen also advertised on the sites appropriate for my property. Despite the covid-19 situation, my flat was rented within one week to a professional couple, for very close to asking price - so very pleased. I would definitely recommend London Homes. They may be smaller than the large corporate agents, but in my opinion (and from personal experience) London Homes were much more responsive.
