Dominic and Simona are excellent. They manage some beautiful properties and are wonderful to deal with. When we found the place we liked, Dominic simply said that we looked like the right fit for the place, and stopped all viewings immediately. Any issues with our apartment are handled quickly. A wonderful service! I met Dominic in Singapore for a meeting after a friend recommended me to him. Dominic conducted an international London property search for us to find a two bedroom apartment for our daughter to live in whilst at university in London. He found 10 amazing apartments for us to view before we even arrived in London! All were good but one stood out perfectly (which we purchased!) Dominic is easy to deal with, highly knowledgable, been an agent for 20years, understands asian clients and negotiated an amazing deal which we could not have achieved. Simona in the London office now maintains the apartment for our daughter and even pays all bills and looks after the property. I rented my two apartments in London through LLNH. I met Dominic in Hong Kong and he guided me through the process. Simona then took over the properties in London and had them furnished beautifully. This is my second year with LLNH and I will not be changing as their fees are so good and their management has been perfect! The tenants love them! How often do you hear that about an estate agent.. Cant recommend them enough.
