Having dealt with plenty of estate agents in our search, I can honestly say that Marsh & Parsons delivered the best service we have ever received when searching for our property. Sarah was amiable, attentive and a superb listener, and made the otherwise stressful exercise of purchasing a house thoroughly enjoyable. We were shown an interesting and eclectic mix of properties that stayed within our stated budget and matched our criteria perfectly, which was a refreshing change from many agents who show properties miles above our range or otherwise inappropriate. There was also excellent communication across the different offices which meant we didn't have to repeat ourselves too often. For buying, selling or letting I would recommend Marsh & Parsons every time.

I have to be honest and say that I picked Marsh & Parsons from a Google search as I needed an estate agency near the property I was selling. Living in Jersey, I had no idea who to call! Well, I can tell you I was very lucky with my choice. Sarah Gerrett, who dealt with the sale (and a complicated sale it was!) was frankly brilliant. She went the extra 100 miles to get the deal done. My client is happy, the buyer is happy and all completed on the promised date. If you want an Estate Agent, choose Marsh & Parsons - if you are very lucky, Sarah will deal with you!

Overall I was very happy with the service provided by M&P North Ken. I sold my property for a good price and in a reasonably short time despite the slow down in the market. Jay advised me initially on the price negotiation and Sarah followed that up making sure we got the deal over the line. A couple of days ago the manager of another estate agents in the area called to ask how things were going, and when I told him that I'd already sold for a higher price than he had suggested, he said "well done for proving me wrong". I'd say that M&P are the best option in the area for selling more desirable properties at a good price and for reasonable fees.
