I have had a fantastic experience with Lucy from M&P when searching for a flat to rent in Notting Hill last summer. Lucy was very responsive from the start and we quickly scheduled flat viewings. Not only did we look at the flats I had selected, she also added a few ones on the list corresponding to my criterias. I ended up signing up for one that Lucy had chosen to add to the list, as it was perfect for me. Then she was able to answer all my questions and communicate with the landlord in an efficient and professional way. The process of signing the contract was very quick and clear thanks to Lucy. On top of that, she was also of great advice when analysing the market in Notting Hill, which she knows perfectly thanks to years of experience. I therefore felt confident with the rent I ended up paying. Thank you Lucy!

I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the company and acting agents - Gareth Kelly and Barnaby Goss. Both were extremely professional, diligent and tenacious throughout, securing a buyer at above asking price (during a pandemic). I've worked with many agents in London over the last 10 years and these were undoubtedly the best I've come across. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in or around Notting Hill.

Took a flat with them a year ago and was very satisfied with it. Calvin was very helpful and made everything smooth. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because we thought we were 100% getting a flat, but turned out the landlord wanted to meet us first and then we were let down (as he was being extremely picky with his tenants). However, overall I had a good experience with them as they are very professional. They genuinely care about their clients and do their best to find a flat that suits you. Definitely recommend this agency.
