An excellent experience from start to finish providing a first class service. I have only positive things to say about the experience of letting our flats through The South Kensington Marsh & Parsons team. I felt they were doing their utmost to let our flats at all times. I was kept informed on a daily basis where necessary and always had a helpful and friendly agent I could contact to find out what was going on. Any queries were resolved very quickly. All in all an excellent service and a pleasure to work with them, therefore will highly recommend to friends and family.

Very kind and super quick responses! My negotiator Ross Boyd was very helpful and kind all the time from start to the end even though i was very impatient and demanding client. flats I had viewings with him were all nice (just what i was looking for with the budget) and not much different to advertising photos. Some estate agents present too much photoshoped photos and made me disappointed. I highly recommend Marsh and Parsons South Kensington branch- their stocks and service!!!!

“I am writing to let you know how utterly satisfied I was with Freddie Ellisdon's professionalism and general attitude, when I visited a few properties with him. I particularly appreciated how quickly Freddie adapted the properties to view based on the info I would tell him during our visits. Freddie would strive to locate the most relevant properties, instead of trying to 'push' those already seen. Freddie also was very personable, and made me feel comfortable despite my tendency to distrust the profession. Regrettably and due to a mishap my side, I finally rented a property through a colleague of Freddie's at your Sloane Square office. I will however make sure that Freddie be my very first point of contact for any future search.
