Hi, as far as letting agencies go, Martin Gerard has been phenomenal, professional, friendly and understanding. The agents I liaised with (Gintare, Andrew and Lee) have been amazing! Gin went above and beyond to get a good deal between the landlord and myself. their properties are spacious, new, safe, in good areas and compliant to health and safety standards. their staff are great at follow ups, flexible, sending emails, and working with what i (the client) was looking for in a home. Greg carried out the valuation & explained the marketing strategy. He also advised us on how best to coordinate an onward purchase with the sale. Toby & Jatin conducted the viewings really professionally. Both of them obtained multiple offers and our house was very soon under offer. This is also down to the accurate valuation that Greg carried out to ensure that the house wasn't overpriced. He didn't do what some other agents did, which was to overvalue the house just to get the instruction (this would have led to the house not selling and months of frustration).
