I. M.I came across Maunder Taylors in Jul 2020 where I had experienced a very bad extortion situation where my fellow directors of our resident association wanted me to pay them a levy. Bruce stepped in and had determined that, that was not possible as it was within my demise and all i had to do was have in place a Deed of Variation which i have just done so 2 weeks ago via my Solicitors. Another issue was that they wanted to increase our yearly service charges - again Bruce (Maunder Taylors) stepped in if the Association attempted to do so we would take them to court. Maunder Taylors are highly knowledgeable, professional and give great guidance thus avoiding any legalities for both or all parties with an amicable resolution. Thank you Bruce!
