An excellent and well-run company that delivers a first-class finish. Multiserve carried out a full bathroom renovation along with a number of other jobs (fixing a stuck shower valve, installing a new radiator, installing HIVE heating, removing wardrobes among others). The workmanship is first class and the entire team works to an impeccable standard. Warren takes the time to regularly visit the job to make sure everything is progressing as expected and the result is that the finished works are first class. We are absolutely delighted and will certainly be using MultiServe again in the future.

Outstanding craftsmanship and absolute professionalism throughout. We are delighted with the work that Multiserve has undertaken for us. Having used them for smaller plumbing and maintenance jobs previously, they were our first choice when we undertook a total house refurbishment. This included: a new boiler, heating system and radiators throughout; bathroom renovation, ensuite reconfiguration and renovation and building a new downstairs cloakroom; kitchen redesign and installation; new windows, total redecoration throughout and bespoke joinery in the bedrooms, hallway and sitting room. All the team worked to the highest of standards with a meticulous eye for detail, they could also be relied upon to suggest better alternatives and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude to overcoming issues. It was a pleasure working with them and we are thrilled with the results. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently had a new bespoke kitchen fitted and needed a contractor to remove the old kitchen, install new parquet floor throughout the downstairs of our Victorian terrace, plus provide electrician, plumbing, and decorating work. I've used Multiserve a three times now and always had a great experience. I highly recommend them. Most recently they took over a job from Aspect where I was concerned about what I was hearing from the Aspect engineer. Multiserve took on the job, ordered the part that the Aspect engineer said was required. When the Multiserve engineer came on site he found that he could fix it without the expensive new part and did so. Finished up in half an hour. Multiserve office sent back the unnecessary new part with no charge and charged me for a basic call-out. 11/10 in my book. Thanks Multiserve Team, I'll definitley be using you from now on.

They used to be great and used to be my go to company but recently admin staff have been less helpful and unfriendly. I had two missed appointments and barely an apology the first time and complete disregard the second time. Didn’t even bother responding to my last email but always very quick to take payment. Shame really as was very happy with them for a while.
