The team at Neilson & Bauer are fantastic; they really know their stuff - I bought my property off them 15 years ago and am delighted to have sold it through them this year. You really get the benefit of their years of experience in the local area throughout the service they provide. In terms of running the process they have been very efficient, and remained communicative and supportive throughout. They have also been extremely considerate and discrete when liaising with our existing tenants. I would 100% recommend the Neilson & Bauer team to anyone selling a property and will use them again

Graham & James representing Neilson & Bauer Estate Agents delivered the most professional service, Origin Housing Sales department could of asked for during the sale of 5 new build homes. They valued the properties correctly within a challenging market so we were happy and the purchasers were also happy. Both Graham and James were very accommodating and SO helpful. They both went the extra mile from the start of the process right through to the end remaining professional and friendly and positive throughout, we couldn't of been in better hands. We were also given regular updates on the process of the sale which was brilliant. James & Graham pulled out all the stops when it was needed. Neilson & Bauer recently acted for us on the sale of our flat, which has just completed. The service has been excellent from start to finish - we felt they really took the time to consider the pricing, they organised multiple viewings in groups so that we didn't need to keep vacating and we accepted an offer we were happy with within a couple of weeks of putting the flat on the market. They continued to be extremely proactive as we moved towards exchange and completion and were instrumental in ensuring that we completed on our sale and subsequent purchase before Christmas.
