Nested have been a great partner in our sale and purchase. They were very much partners rather than just estate agents. Compared to other estate agents they are really focused on the customer/homeowner, and worked hard to build a relationship and understanding of the property to sell it effectively. They also offered great advice and honesty about the market. We were selling a new build property with with complexities but they took this all into their stride which gave us confidence. We would happily recommend them to anyone.

I would happily use Nested again to sell my home, which is a big statement to make in the real estate industry! Rhys, Paul, Emily. and Nicole were organised, professional, transparent, and generally just a pleasure to work with. At times I felt bad for other sellers, whose estate agents were disorganised, lazy, unavailable, or just plain rubbish. It felt great to have the best agents in our corner, and I really liked their online platform too.

Selling with Nested (Reiss and Paul) was a very smooth experience, from selling our house to buying a new house. I had been on the market with a couple of other agents, so am able to compare the experience. The use of the nested app actually makes it a lot more transparent : - You can set your viewing availability on the app, and then viewings can be automatically booked around your schedule. Very important if you are working from home and have zoom meetings! - They're diligent at putting feedback from viewings into the app - You can see inquiries raised from portals directly Once we had received offers, they did a good job at maximising the selling price. After accepting the offer, we started looking seriously at buying a house in a competitive area. Emily (the buying agent) was very helpful, again the app gives useful history on Rightmove properties, and Emily was able to give more detailed background and advice on particular properties. She also gave useful advice on how to make an offer in a competitive bidding situation. Finally Daniel, the conveyancing progressor, was very helpful at smoothing over the difficulties that arose from buyer and seller, so that we were able to complete before the stamp duty deadline.

Really pleased with the experience of selling our property through Nested. From the beginning of the process to the end, they were positive, open and knowledgeable. Our agent, Ashley was friendly, professional, well-presented, informed and skilled in his area of expertise. He was responsive and always clear and honest in his communications. Their friendly buying team guided us through a very up and down process before we found the property we successfully purchased. They offer an online dashboard that tells you how many views your property has had on Rightmove and the competition in your area. Their conveyancing progressor, Nicole was dedicated, persistent and diligent. Nicole kept on top of the sale and helped resolve any issues. If you're selling your property, I would highly recommend Nested.

Nested (Greenwich, London area) were fantastic. We had some ups and downs in the process but Nested were great throughout, we had multiple competitive offers the two times we had open days and ultimately completed on an offer above asking price so I think their valuation and approach was spot on. Where we really felt they went above and beyond was in dealing with the long ups and downs of our chain. Emily in particular was amazing at chasing up and down the chain proactively and seemed to be the only agent in the chain working towards getting an exchange to happen. The best estate agent we have ever dealt with and we've had quite a few now!

Nested supported us through our purchase from first viewing to exchange of contracts (the point that we are now at). The initial support was provided by Charlie, who was entirely professional in showing us the property and helping us and the vendors reach agreement in an amicable and co-operative way. It is since then however that Nested, in the person of Nicole, went far beyond what I might have expected to ensure that the process ran to a positive conclusion. It is many years since I have purchased a property and had forgotten how fraught a process it could be. I am clear in my own mind that without Nicole this sale would have faltered. She was always 'present', intervening with the respective solicitors and with ourselves and the vendors at appropriate times while never feeling intrusive. She was both personal and professional in her manner. Although I am writing this as a review of Nested, I hope it will also be taken as our personal thanks to Charlie and Nicole.

We don't really have the words to express how great an experience we had with Nested. We had a particularly challenging, complex and and at times deeply depressing seven month long process from viewings to completion due to the most outrageous and unprofessional behaviour of one of the parties in our chain. Throughout the viewings process our agent Reiss Braniff was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, helpful and supportive and really took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve (not just financially). He was very responsive and always ready to answer our constant questions, no matter how silly! Nicole Snape took over as our sales progressor once we had accepted an offer. Nicole is an absolute wonder and a real credit to Nested! She maintained oversight and control over the whole process, even encouraging us when we had moments of wanting to give up due to the immense stress we came under, dealing with delays, unreasonable behaviour and constantly shifting goal posts, by this other party in the chain and their solicitor. Nicole remained professional, supportive and organised all the way through to the end and I can honestly say, we would have pulled out of the sale altogether were it not for her support and encouragement. As we now sit in our beautiful new home having completed a week ago today, surrounded by boxes, we are so thankful we chose Nested and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home, especially if you are wary about estate agents. Now we can definitely say, all estate agents are absolutely NOT all the same!

Nicole and the team at Nested were fantastic throughout the process of selling our flat. We were selling at a difficult time, through Covid and lockdowns, and they were able to show potential buyers the virtual tour in order to determine whether they might be keen to buy. By the time lockdown was over, they had a good number of potential buyers lined up, and we had several serious offers in no time. Having had bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, I would strongly recommend Nested.

Nested have done a truly brilliant job in selling our flat in London during the pandemic. They are professional, easy to contact and only arrange viewings with real prospective buyers (with a previous agent we had lots of viewings but no offers as the agency wasn't targeting the right people to view) Nested target potential buyers successfully and with only a handful of viewings we had multiple offers. Their online platform provides frequent updates on viewings and the local market which was so useful when selling. Even when our first buyer fell through (through no fault of Nested) they mobilised quickly, and successfully found 3 offers and another buyer within a week for the same price. To put this into context we had previously had the flat on the market with a high street agent and had no offers in 6months. Once a buyer was found they remained easy to contact, communicated regularly with our solicitor and ironed out any minor issues quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially compared to my dealings with high street agents.

Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and genuine. Our chain manger Nicole was so valuable to us, I'm not sure we would have managed without her. It was one of the main reasons we went with Nested and I'm so glad we did as we had an extremely difficult chain, which we hadn't expected. The only small thing is that each person's role wasn't fully explained in advance, so I didn't know what I could and couldn't ask their help with, it's worth asking this as it turns out they can help with a lot more than you think. Anyway I would fully recommend them, especially if you're in a chain, they costs slightly less than a high street agent but you get much more and get to deal with nice people too!!
