I booked a 15 mins flat viewing, at last it lasted about an hour as I really liked the flat and Vishal showed me a few other options in the building. He was really helpful and patient, answering my questions to the best of his knowledge (I had a lot of questions) and tirelessly showed me the flats multiple times as I was indecisive (all of the flats are really nice). He works in the business for a long time so he is informative about the local area and the landlords. He is very responsive as well, he even replied to my messages and emails outside of his working hours. Vishal went the extra mile and negotiated with the landlords for the tenant’s (my) benefit. This is my first time renting alone in London and Vishal (Niche Estates) definitely makes the process way easier for me. You will definitely be in good hands with Niche Estates ( especially Vishal) - efficient, helpful, informative, responsive, and they do care about you, oh they have a wide range of good homes for all budget in multiple areas, do check them out if you are looking to move and they will save you the hassle!

I have to say these guys are the most professional agents I have dealt with, they delivered what they promised and so much more. This agency doesn't play around. Me and my friends fell into some trouble very close to when we were supposed to move into a shared house. When looking for another house, we came across these guys and an absolutely beautiful house. In the space of literally a week we went from being in a panic to moving in, and it's all because these guys are so good at what they do. They keep everything extremely structured with suitable deadlines so that everything is received as quickly as they need to.
