We recently bought a house in Pitshanger and Leah from the Northfields Pitshanger branch has been an absolute dream to work with. Viewings process: When we started viewings with her she really listened to what we wanted, so we only saw properties that we would actually be interested in. She is very responsive to emails/checks her phone, but unlike other agents we encountered in our house search, she never spammed us with messages about properties we were never going to be interested in. She was also very considerate about our communication preferences, sending emails while we would be at work rather than calling. Unlike lots of other estate agents who constantly make you feel like you are being sold to, we felt we could trust what she was telling us. Sale process: from making an offer through to completion, Leah was very helpful at every stage. As first time buyers, she made the process much easier for us to understand and she was always available for questions when we had them.
