Northview helped me find a room in a shared house at the beginning of the pandemic 2years ago. The move in process was seamless; they were responsive when we needed to have something fixed in the house and really proactive when it came to the communal spaces (kitchen, garden...). After 2years, I moved out last month to the North of England for work purpose. They literally reminded me to send my bank details so they can send back my full deposit and they did send it back. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for professionals with good "people skill" in London.

The rent has never been late once, any small issues they just deal with and put on my statement whereas bigger costs like when my boiler had to be replaced they contacted me first so I had the option to see if I could find it cheaper elsewhere.
