They stand in stark contrast to some of the other estate agents out there – who made big promises and failed to deliver. Their acuity and knowledge of the local market is unparalleled. Oliver's Town value customer service above all and work tirelessly on your behalf.
If you're selling or buying or renting, I'd make them your first port of call. I just want to say a massive thanks to Stephen, Charlie and Saranya in particular for their hard work!

T.As two international students still looking for a house late into the annual house-hunting season, Rachel and I were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and professionalism provided by Olivers’ Town. Throughout our experience, Alhad and Viktoria were quick to respond and unfailingly polite.
Alhad especially was a delight to talk to, and a big help in our search - he was quick to arrange a viewing for a house that suited our requirements and more than that, took the initiative in advising us about making an offer and the procedures that would follow. When our first offer was rejected, he was understanding and swift to advise us on another suitable property, even personally calling the landlady on our behalf almost immediately. He also helped us to keep our offer reasonable (we were pretty anxious to settle our accommodation quickly) and further went beyond expectations, checking in with us about our familiarity with the area and staying back at the office to hand over the keys, as we could only arrive past office hours. Viktoria too was an excellent help in settling the legal matters of our tenancy, working with both the landlady and ourselves to change certain clauses where reasonable and sorting out the financials and admin promptly.
Compared to all the previous housing agents I have communicated with previously, Alhad and Viktoria are among the few decent ones, and perhaps some of the best in my experience. I’d definitely trust them if I were to search for another property to rent in this area again in the future.

I’ve always heard bad things about dealing with agencies and was reluctant to give it a go as I was moving to London from Edinburgh through virtual viewings. However, the entire process from before moving in and even after, has been superb with OliversTown, and in a flat that’s in a perfect location.
Despite moving during the pandemic, Viktoria handled the move and handover professionally; it was stress-free and smooth. After arriving, I found that the room was unfurnished as the previous tenants decided to take their furniture.
I thought that it would be a hassle, however, Oliver himself got involved and made sure that I got to make my new room feel like home, by involving me in the furnishing process.
I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The entire team at Olivers Town are very helpful, approachable and work to deliver excellent custom service. I recently forgotten my keys and locked myself out my flat. This was after 6pm, so I was worried about obtaining assistance. Within 20 minutes the issue was resolved - Viola was very responsive to me and contacted the team. I went round to the Olivers Towns office and was met by their wonderful cleaner Milka who was still working, located the spare set of keys by liaising with Mihaela, property manager. I was back in my flat before I knew it and returned the spare set of keys back to the office the following day with a box of chlorates to thank the team for their amazing help!

UPDATE:
We stayed in the property for one year and had no real problems. However after moving out a month ago, we are still yet to receive our deposit. I have sent many emails and have not received a reply. This is very frustrating as we are students who need this money.

S. C.Oliver's is a lovely boutique firm that I found to be more approachable and accommodating than some of the other "chain" estate agents you find in central London. They really took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a property and the agent we worked with drove us around and showed us multiple properties. They found us a nicely furnished place in NW5 that suited our needs. I have since moved out of London to the Lake District and last year I received an email from Mihaela, a Property Manager at Oliver's. She was doing an audit and informed me that Oliver's owed us our deposit back. Mihaela went above and beyond her job description in the week leading up to Christmas to negotiate an agreement between my former partner and I in order to return our deposit to us. It was an absolute blessing to receive the funds right before the holiday. I am so grateful for all the effort she put into working with us and for her professionalism. I would definitely recommend Oliver's for the great location of the properties but mostly for the service they provided us that was both caring and professional. :)

They took lovely pictures and provided more information than any other agent, including a drawing of the property together with accurate measurements. So far, nothing is ever too much trouble. We have another property to let at the moment and would not think of going elsewhere. As far as finding it difficult to view a property, we as Landlord may be responsible for that. Our out-going tenants may be too stressed with work commitments and moving to co-operate, not out of malice but their being too overwhelmed with the situation. You would not want to view a place in disorder now, would you? My advice to those who are eager to see a particular property is to leave your details with the agents. It is in everyone's best interest to keep in touch when the property is ready to be viewed in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The best results for us is to find the right tenant. In one of our properties, the tenant and his family have been with us for four years. We have never raised their rent. How often do you come across that? Olivers would provide us an up-to-date evaluation of the property each year, but respected our wish to renew the rent at the same price. In another property, short term tenants found by Olivers were all suitable. P. H.I cannot fault Stephen and Linda on the sales/ marketing side. They were excellent. I had loads of viewings, and they were very good at following up with potential buyers and giving me feedback. Once I had received an offer, the situation changed. The tricky situation I found myself in was exacerbated by Stephen's discourteous behaviour to both me and my solicitor, and I felt totally unsupported. However, at the end of the day they did deliver, so I suppose it was worth it.

I. T.On behalf of my household, I would like to provide an employee-based review in regards to the positive experiences that I have received dealing with property management issues. Since I arrived in September, I have been dealing with the same property manager, Jane Havell, the whole time.
While the property was not perfect to begin with, Jane has been extremely attentive and responsive to the needs of my home and in the repairs that have needed doing. Whenever a major issue presented itself, she has been quick to respond to the issue, and has had excellent results thus far. She has taken our safety and health into strong consideration when aiding us with property repairs, and is a wonderful property manager for our home. The property itself has undergone several necessary repairs thanks to her initiative and proactive nature. For example, she has helped us secure the replacing of our hallway carpets due to huge tears along the stairs that caused us to trip and fall down them. This is but one of many examples in which Jane has helped us make our home safe, liveable, and a joy to come home to, and has demonstrated a keen interest in our well-being as tenants of the property.
All in all, Jane has been a wonderful property manager for our household, and we very much hope to continue the excellent relationship that we have established with her. We hold her in very high regards, and wish to thank her for her hard work and dedication so far.
