Tony has a lovely manner and put me at ease during a process that can be pretty anxiety-provoking. Having Tony as my agent meant I could focus my attention on the other things in my life that I needed to be doing, and leave the sale in his capable hands. Tony was totally reliable, trustworthy and worked very hard to get me a sale. He was great at keeping me updated with any developments and his ability to form good relationships with all parties involved, along with being really proactive and tenacious, meant that completion occurred as quickly as possible. In the course of selling my property I used several different agents and I can definitely say that Tony was the best by far. Highly recommended!

I bought my flat in Holloway with One Click Homes. Amar and Tony have been top notch and worked hard to get the sale through. Tony was my primary point of contact, but when I wasn't able to get through for whatever reason, Amar would step in incredibly helpfully. By far the best estate agents I've ever worked with. The reason for the four stars rather than five was that I don't think any messages I left with the office team ever got through to Tony and Amar so I put this here as a suggestion to future users of OCH: Ring your agent directly on their mobile, rather than leaving messages with reception.
