Luckily, Umit from Oyster Properties was absolutely fantastic from the point of initially marketing the property right up to the point of the new tenants moving in.
We were kept informed of any potentially suitable applicants throughout the process, with detailed profiles provided and professional advice given in an incredibly articulate and informative manner.

I had been with my previous estate agents for last 10 years and each year I was paying a hefty price to get the annual rental agreement renewed. Previously, we had not been impressed with the way some lettings agents had rushed viewings or had arranged other potential clients to view the property at the same time, but Oyster really impressed us. Umit was punctual, allowed us to take our time viewing the property and was very warm personally. All questions were answered (if he did not know, he didn't pretend, found out and got back to us in a timely fashion).

We had our property on the market for over 1 year.
We started out with a London wide based company that claims to be the most modern and highest advertising and they locked us in for 6 months with promises that they would sell our house in weeks! Unfortunately, this proved to be a complete waste of our time as they could not bring enough potential viewers through the door. As we were about to find out is true of most estate agents, they are all mouth and no trousers!
So when we were free from this we went multi agency and selected a local agent together with a company that we thought would have the right profile and clients for our unusual property. That turned out even worse with even less viewings. Like the one’s before them, they were extremely good at talking the talk but couldn’t walk the walk!
Then Manesh, from Oyster Properties in Arnos Grove, came by and offered his services and as they were the most local agent for us, we thought what can we lose? It can’t be worse than any of the other 5 agents we had tried.
Well, their approach was honest and not full of old flannel. They consistently brought along genuine, potential customers over a long period of time and, unlike the other agents, Oyster didn’t give up after the first couple of months.
Eventually, through their hard work and commitment, they brought along the buyers for our property.
So all good and well you might think? However, things didn’t go smoothly as we had some complications with a restricted covenant. This took 6 month to resolve and had it not been for the expert handling of the situation by Manesh and his colleagues, we are sure that the sale of the property would have fallen through.
At every stage through this difficult time, they kept the buyers, the solicitors and ourselves informed and were always available at the end of the phone. They handled the situation with quiet expertise and professionalism.

N. H.I recently sold my flat via Oyster Properties in Arnos Grove. My flat had been on the market since March 2016. However, at the time it was being marketed by an unscrupulous private agent who led me on, didn't even bother placing the property on Rightmove, found a dodgy buyer and ultimately the sale fell through.
It was only in March/April this year that a cousin who had worked at the Oyster branch in Arnos Grove put me in touch with Sarju Shah who is one of the directors. From this point there was no turning back.
Sarju and his sales manager Manesh Shah got on the case immediately, ensured that the property was visible on all popular platforms, got the viewings rolling and had three concrete offers for me on the table within a matter of days - all for the asking price or thereabouts.
However it was not plain sailing as there were some unexpected complications which could have derailed the sale. Here is were I can justify the five star rating - Sarju and Manesh used their experience and knowledge to dissect the issues and find fair solutions, keeping in mind the interest of all parties.
