N. R.Andrew is a dream compared to other managing agents I have look after various properties. The building had issues, but I felt he was on top of matters as well as could be expected. Let downs appear to be the fault of suppliers and tradesmen. When that happens, I get in touch with him on his mobile and always get a prompt response (even when he's been on holiday!)

K. C.We are the owners of a flat in Alexandra Mansions. Alexandra Mansions is managed by Sanjay Thakrar from Principia. Mr. Thakrar is doing an outstanding job for us. We have owned the flat for about 14 years; ever since we first bought the flat we have been asking for an upgrade and repair to the service yard of the building. The yard had become an eyesore with broken and loose pavers and areas of settlement that would collect water and freeze in the winter making the yard dangerous. Mr. Thakrar started managing the building a year or so ago and he has listened to our concerns, inspected the yard and organized an upgrade and repair, which is a huge improvement from both aesthetic and safety viewpoints.
R. H.Andrew Boyd has been excellent at Ashburn House, his predecessor less so. Andrew runs a tight ship and goes beyond the call of duty for residents. He takes pride in his work and in doing a good job.
