A. S.I have used Property Time in North London for about 6 years. I stuck with them as they have consistently provided me with reliable and decent tenants. I have genuinely never had a problem, with either the office or the tenants. They even found me tenants during the early part of the pandemic. I've never used them as a management company, so I cant comment on that. I can see some of the complaints refer to lapsed timings for viewings. I cant comment on that either though I suppose it is not easy to get round London for a busy schedule of appointments. What I can say with certainty is that the company is diligent and conscientious - I believe you can see this through their responses to the reviewers. I personally do not doubt the integrity of of the office and life would be a lot nicer if people were more mindful of the difficulties a global pandemic has brought upon everyone's shoulders - even letting agents!
