Property World have been absolutely fantastic helping with my move from Leicester to London. The service was great and the staff were very friendly, they couldn’t have been more helpful during the referencing process. Natalia was also very kind and willing to do a virtual tour as I was unable to attend an in person viewing. Andrea was also great to deal with during the final process, I would 100% recommend anyone moving to the area to use them in future.

Jason and Dan worked really hard to sell our house and were always a pleasure to deal with. Sharon did sterling work as the progressor trying to get the chain moving along (and acting as unpaid counsellor at times!) You really do get what you pay for. Special mention should also go to the photographer who took the most beautiful shots of our place and almost made us not want to sell after all!

Having tried selling my flat for many years with different estate agents I found Dan and Jason refreshingly different. Where other agents escorted viewers around Jason really sold the property to viewers highlighting the good points of the property and suggesting possible solutions to the not so bits. I felt confident that this time the property would sell and it did. Dan was the voice of reason was there to calm the waters when everything seemed like it was up in the air. He not only helped with the sale but offered advice on the purchase which was great for me. Thanks to the staff who were friendly whenever I called.

Kevin found a buyer for our flat within a week, and then when the buyers changed their mind months later, he found another buyer within a week again! We really appreciated Kevin and Dan's expert and honest advice through some ups and downs we had during the process. We were also touched to get a very enthusiastic congratulatory call from them on the day of exchange. It was great to deal with a smaller agency and we were impressed with how friendly and helpful staff were any time we called. Would recommend Property World to anyone. I am surprised that Property World has received bad reviews. Property World is a well run family business, Richard and Dan Crowley are really good guys to deal with, very professional, dedicated, to offering excellent customer service which a lot of agents can only dream of. As a landlord, Property World have been managing my property since October 2014 and in that time I have received fantastic service. I would also like to mention a member of the team Dina Williams, she first introduced herself as our new property manager in May 2015, we have always found her to be extremely professional and helpful even offering us help and advise when it came to the complete refurbishment of our flat which was turned around in 2 months including the letting process and finding new tenants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Property World to friends and family.

Dan and Jason were in charge of selling our property in Penge. We considered using an online agent but thought that having someone with real local knowledge would help to sell our property, and I have to say we were really chuffed with the service. We accepted an offer after the first weekend of viewings which was kudos to them for organising and liaising with potential buyers quickly and efficiently. From then on there was lots of negotiating with the buyer and solicitors etc but Dan really worked hard and kept both myself and the buyer calm and clear with excellent communication throughout the process. He put my faith back into using estate agents and would happily recommend PropertyWorld.

I used PropertyWorld for the sale of my flat in Sydenham and to purchase a new terraced house in Dulwich. Dan and Jason managed to find a buyer within the first weeks even during Brexit period which I would immagine is a bit harder. They also did a fantastic job in managing negotiations with both buyer and seller. I kept constant communication with both agents who were always present and genuinely interested at all time as well as friendly and polite. I used other estate agents (high street) in the past and i can say that PropertyWorld service was much better.

Superb from start to finish. JASON at Property world Penge took care of everything. I can't fault Property World. I bought through them and didn't have the smoothest of moves as the vendor tried to pull out of the sale the week we were supposed to exchange. I dealt with Mark Painter who went above and beyond the call of duty to hold the chain together and was always very helpful and responsive when I called. I am now snuggled up in my house in Anerley and would recommend this agent and Mark in particular.

Dodgy practise. Moved in a year ago and noticed issues such as electrical sockets not working, no hot water and no heating. Electrician visits and says no electrical checks were carried out beforehand.. plugs still not working after notifying several times. 1 year in and still no hot water at the property despite notifying several times. Heating does get fixed but after about 2 weeks into the beast from the east and me having to chase constantly. Why the landlord bothers to pay for fully managed is beyond me as we do all the work and they don't even provide basic safety like electrical checks or smoke detectors. Now the tenancy is due but of course it takes me to remind them of that fact a week after the renewal date, they contact me a week later saying it's ready to sign and they put the price up without notifying me of the increase.. I suppose they just hope that people won't notice and sign anyway. Needless to say, big TPO complaint on the way.. Avoid if possible //EDIT// Since my review propertyworld have contacted me to resolve the majority of the issues mentioned in my original feedback and have been generally quite efficient

I had Ben do my viewing and Nicky take care of the process of actually moving. I have to say they were both excellent and made a stressing time way easier for me and my father. I’m super happy!
