As a first time buyer, Caroline helped advise me through the whole process & managed all parties well (including outside of work hours) to ensure a quicker than anticipated turnaround from Offer being accepted to Completion. Couldn't have asked for a better service & would 100% recommend.

She also arranged for us to see the property even though there were works going on to make sure we were happy with it. She was really responsive to all my questions and provided me with information efficiently. I also went to a viewing of another of their properties with Dom. He was friendly and professional. Overall, it has been a good experience. My only issue was that it was difficult to get into see the property as work was being done - though I can’t say that’s Right Now Residential’s fault
