Ronan and Kerry were easy to deal with and they achieved a good price for our house. It would have been easier to take a lower offer but they negotiated well. We had lots of viewings that were run smoothly without much effort from us and they took COVID precautions seriously and tried to be flexible when we were working from home. While we did not go ahead with the letting, this was beyond control due to other issues. However, we will be returning to this estate agent, and Liam in particular, in the near future once all is sorted. We bought a property from RSK April 2020, we knew that with the Stamp Duty holiday closing in we were operating on a really tight schedule. Marc who was our contact point with the seller went above and beyond to make sure things progressed quite smoothly. We were first time buyers and had no clue on the process looked like. But again, Marc make sure to guide us at every step of the way. In the end, we managed to complete the property 2 days (!!!!) before the Stamp Duty holiday ended and it was all thanks to Marc due dilligence. When I'm ready to sell my house, I know who to call.

Whenever we have had a problem or concern, RSK have replied to us quickly and arranged any and all necessary steps efficiently and to a very high standard. I would also like to mention Peter and Martin at Chiswick Plumbing who are the property contractors used by RSK.
