C.I initially contacted Sanders property to value my property for sale. Stephen from Sanders property came to value the flat and was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the market.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to proceed with selling but decided to rent the flat instead. Stephen had mentioned that he also did rentals so I didn’t hesitate in contacting him to manage mine.
He arranged photos, floor plans etc very quickly and my flat was on the market in a matter of days - and looked amazing! The whole process of getting tenants in was fast and, thankfully, taken out of my hands. Stephen has been very communicative and helpful throughout and provides a personal service, that I imagine larger companies would not. J. C.I would like to write this review to recommend Sanders Property to anyone in the process of finding a home. Later, I’m willing to share my experience with Sanders Property and why they were so helpful. For those who simply want a quick overview, here are three reasons for why you should pick SP over other agents.
1) SP is responsive. This is perhaps the biggest strength of SP compared to other agents; SP is quick to respond to queries and other communications. Unlike bigger agents which can take days if not weeks to reply, SP will be there to support you throughout the journey.
2) SP is friendly. As an international student with no prior experience in finding homes, I was originally intimidated by the process. However, SP did a great job in guiding me throughout the process, explaining unfamiliar processes and helping me feel more confident in the process.
3) SP gets the job done. I had countless agents give up on me at the last moment but SP is not one of them. You can trust SP, which is something I cannot say for some other agents I’ve used.
With the reasons for recommendation complete, here’s a short summary of my experience with SP. I am an international student studying in London. When the time came for my roommate and I to search for a flat, our efforts were continuously jeopardised either by either unresponsive agents or agents who would give up on us (without explanation) at the last moment. The situation became quite tense when we had a matter of weeks to find a new place to live. This was when I was recommended to use SP, and only through its services was I able to secure the current place. Unlike other agencies where response to inquiries could take days (if they do decide to respond), SP was immediately responsive and always helpful. If there was an issue, SP would work towards resolving it immediately or find compromises which would make everyone happy. The flats were also in good condition, having been cleaned professionally before the move in. Without SP, I doubt I would have been able to find a place as affordable or as good quality as the one I’m currently living in. I am grateful and happy about its services and would highly recommend people who were in similar positions as me to use SP in the future.

I have been using Stephen for the letting of my 2 bedroom flat in Islington for the last 3 years and he has been an absolute joy to work with on all aspects which include the letting and full management of my property.
I recently purchased another property in N4 via a much larger agency and they wanted to do the letting of the property afterwards and offered me 0% management for a full year to get the business but one thing I am always willing to do is pay for good service and that is what I get from Stephen and the team.
Stephen came round to my new flat at the time I said arrive. He organised photos when he said he would. He got the flat on the market when he said he would and of course the most important thing, he got me full asking price from a single professional within days of it going to the market.
I will only use Stephen and Sanders Property for all my property transactions now and in the future and I honestly recommend anyone who reads this review to do the same. So many agents over the years left clients down but Sanders Property will not do that.
They look after you so well and the fees are very reasonable as well.
