With a week of time to relocate from California to London ahead of Brexit, with three small kids in preschool/Primary school age and 8 hours of time zone, the idea of starting to look already before arriving for a place to rent could have sound crazy, but as it was already our second family move to London we were very specific about what we were looking for and about the area (we had already contact with the school) and the budget. I wrote all of this into a mail to the general address of Savills in the morning of my timezone and by the time I woke up the morning after I got the answer from Ms Joanna from Maida Vale Savills. She had two possiblities that were fitting all my requirements and the contact with her , the process to make video visits and her assistance with the whole process of getting the tenancy has been the most professional, smooth, rapid and clear you can imagine. Add on this a plus 8 timezone. It was the best experience I ever had with an agency in my 8 international relocations of the last 15 years and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to move to London and needs time efficiency in finding the perfect home for their needs. Thank you again, its 8 months now we live here and we could have not rent a better place to live so many days inside as this 2019 has requested. Best regards!
