It has been a pleasure to rent our property through Savills. They have a highly efficient team, who have patiently guided us with a personal touch. Special mention has to go out to Sandy Sitlani who has made us feel in safe hands from day one.

The sale of our buy to let property was due to divorce. As much as these times have been challenging and painful on a personal level, I feel an enormous sense of gratitude for the team at Victoria Park, especially to David Easton, for supporting me over and above to make everything go so smoothly, whilst I couldn't be nearby, due to lockdown. To feel partnership and collaboration when that very subject was in question in my personal life, gave me a sense of hope. Our house was filled with love and laughter, as well as my passion for interiors. For our tenants it retained the spirit of joy and safety a home needs to provide, especially in lockdown. It is a unique place and this is what David's team picked up on and what ultimately sold the property. Thank you.

Finding a. flat in London is a nightmare: flats go in a second, potential tenants start a bidding war, prices are high and letting agents lose interest if you didn't say yes immediately. However, it was the total opposite with Savills and Nikita Davis. Without fuss and unnecessary communications, Nikita guided us through the whole process of viewings, paying deposit, going through all checks and finally moving to a flat that looks like home and feels like home.

My first contact was with David Easton, who is the Head of Sales, and he came to visit my flat prepared with examples of similar properties Savills had sold recently and lots of local knowledge. He valued the property confidently at a higher number than other agents who I spoke to. My sale was managed by Harry Charalambous, who was helpful, organised and very straighforward to work with throughout the process. He kept me informed about viewings, advised me on how things were progressing and also gave me confidence that we would achieve close to the price that they had originally suggested, even when offers were not forthcoming. Eventually, we did. If you are looking for the personal service and knowledge of a small local agency and the reassurance of an international firm, I would strongly recommend Savills Victoria Park.

Exceptionally positive rental letting process, with a gentleman named Tom Moorby specifically. All communication, logistics, negotiations, and documentation was clear, smooth and pleasant. We very much felt that Tom was acting with our best interests at heart throughout the entire process – which included moving in on the day the UK lockdown was announced, which required some serious miracle-making by Tom and his colleagues at Savills Victoria Park. Would certainly recommend Savills – and specifically the Victoria Park location – to close friends and family.

Harry and Joe have helped with a truly epic sale/purchase process which, through reasons too boring to go into, has dragged on for over 8 months. In this period a huge amount of input was required to chivvy and communicate with the 3 sets of solicitors involved and, as each party is only allowed to speak to their own solicitor, this process of chasing was extremely difficult. Harry was absolutely amazing in filling this role of badgering all 3 solicitors on, at times, a daily basis. I can't say for certain that the sale would have fallen through without Harry but I really would not have been surprised if it had done - He put in that much effort. They have 100% earned their commission and will be getting a bottle of something very nice from us.

We contacted them to visit one apartment, but suggested other additional properties that turned out to be great!
