Thank you to the lovely people who work here! This is the most professional estate agents I have ever dealt with as a tenant. They do everything by the books, providing all the right documentation when we moved in, and they have been quick and responsive when we had issues. For example, when the sink blocked they sent a plumber the same day, and when we had a flood they fixed the washing machine quickly, and dealt with the neighbouring landlord without fuss - taking all the stress off of us! They are genuinely the first estate agent I've found after 10 years renting in London who really take their responsibilities to tenants seriously - I wish there were more like them!
