Fantastic service. Never had an issue until one day, a pipe leaked in the bathroom leaking water in the downstairs kitchen. It all happened so fast. I thought the house would flood. Shans team came in and rectified the situation....at 10pm at night! I feel safe knowing that their team is quick and professional and taking care of their properties and tenant 24 hours a day.

I lived in a house managed by Shan Properties for 5 years. The team are great - friendly and responsive. They sort out issues quickly and know how to fix everything, they send people straight away if there is a problem, but luckily for lots of things they managed to sort out over the phone or over emails which was very convenient and quick. They are respectful and generous - I had issues with dropping off the keys on the specified date at the end of my tenancy. They very kindly moved the key drop off date which made things much easier moving out without extending the rent cost for the extra days. That is the kind of service they provided when I was leaving their property so that is a good indication of the service you get whilst a tenant. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again with them and I really recommend them.

Is there an engineer named Max and he was very useful since I had the first issue in my property , he is very professional, kind and alway he is doing the best to get his job done , the same I can say about Roxana who is my first contact when I have different querys .
