Jovanna and Andy are the best! We've rented for nearly a year now, the end of tenancy is coming up and we couldn't be happier with the experience. They were thorough and professional and great to work with. We were promptly notified about available apartments and informed as soon as a new one came on the market so we'd find our perfect fit. I first met Andy Panteli from Spencer James Residential when I went to view a couple of flats in July 2020 on the Galleons Point Estate E16. After deciding on which flat I was going to rent the completion of the rental application form and background checks was made very clear by Andy. The deposit scheme that you must use is also very good, as you get your own login, and can check that the deposit is secure. There were a couple of issues that Andy arranged to get fixed in a very short time. I stayed at the flat for the minimum 8 months that was in the contract, before asking Andy to view a two bed flat that we had seen at his office, and then moved into with my partner. Once my old flat had been inspected, I was able to login into the deposit scheme, and request that my deposit be returned which took about 5 working days to be credited back to bank account. Overall Andy is professional, and is always on hand to assist if required.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas Cann! As a first time I was very nervous about the whole process but he mad everything so easy and pleasant. From arranging the viewing of the flat to chasing the seller and his solicitors to respond to my solicitors requests, Thomas made the purchasing process run that little bit smoother. He made it possible for me to complete on my property in time for the stamp duty holiday which he knew was important to me. He went over and beyond the call of duty, knowing I was a first time buyer with no clue what I was doing he was there to provide an helping hand when I ran in to issues or was struggling to find solicitors and a surveyor for my property. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent! I would highly recommend them!

Been three months since I engaged Spencer James to fully manage my flat and couldn't be happier. After a truly horrible experience with a rogue agent in E14 area, I reached out to Tom Murrell at Spencer James and everything has been going well since.
