I am beyond impressed with the hard work, dedication, and thoughtfulness that Storey's put into finding/securing a property for myself and my friend--especially during a pandemic! My friend and I recently had to pull out of deposit contract because another estate agency attempted to coerce more money than was agreed upon from us. They had not only repeatedly lied to us, but also sent us rude emails with empty threats and very angry phone calls. This left us with no other option, but to forfeit our deposit and try to find a new property one week before we were scheduled to move. I had communicated with over 20 different estate agents (who were all variations of unhelpful and impolite) before I was lucky enough to stumble upon Storey's. Within ONE DAY of sending my request for more information, Warren Williams from Storey's reached out to me, took the time to answer all of my questions respectfully, and got me situated with an incredible property. The Storey's team managed to make what was previously a very stressful situation, absolutely painless and I am so grateful to them. In the future, whenever I am in need of a property, I will make sure to come to Storey's first. They are more than accommodating, incredibly considerate, and truth be told the best at what they do.

The team wouldn’t respond to me after I’d signed the contract and failed to show me the true condition of the property I rented (as I did an online viewing), moreover they kept changing the rent price and when I arrived at the flat it hadn’t been cleaned and was extremely dusty.
