Fantastic agents! Taylor Gibbs provided an excellent experience for me and my fiancée as tenants. I have had some pretty horrid experience renting across 3 countries, but Taylor Gibbs was a really simple place to deal with. We had very few headaches, when things were broken they were sometimes fixed within a few hours with a handyman showing up. Only downside I would say is their property manager didn't really pay attention to instructions like no one should enter the property without us being there, so we had to repeat ourselves a few times. Outside of that, I would say they are good to rent from and are attentive to detail enough that I would rent my properties through them.

In an industry so often marred by horror stories, the small team at Taylor Gibbs are an absolute miracle. The initial viewings and lettings process was carried out by the extremely affable John. I had some personal issues to deal with during this stage that complicated matters, but John was always patient and understanding. I cannot stress hard enough how he helped make a difficult situation far more manageable. During the tenancy itself, the property management team of Joe, Suzan, and Holly were always friendly and quick to acknowledge any issues that arose. There were of course some complications, but those owed more to the landlord (who'll always be luck of the draw no matter where you go) rather than the Taylor Gibbs team. All in all, an extremely pleasurable 8 months in Highgate! I was quite bummed it had to end, but whoever takes my place will be assured a fantastic group of people to help them with their property needs!

They were so thoughtful and kind and understood how difficult it was for the family to sell the family home. They pitched the house in Crouch End just right regarding price and description of it.
