I rented a property through The Accommodating Company for nearly 10 years. During that time, they were unfailingly helpful and polite. Any issues with the property that arose were responded to swiftly and the repair work was carried out to a high standard. When I had to move out (due to changing jobs), they were very fair with the final inspection and gave a glowing reference for my new landlord. I'd recommend The Accommodating Company as It was truly a pleasure to rent a property through them.

I can not explain how good they are as property agent. I have taken property rent from this agent about 2012 and stayed the property about 8 to 9 years. I have just moved out of a property rented from The Accommodating company after four and a half years. They are a really friendly, helpful and professional company. Over the time I was renting with them there were a few niggles around the place that needed to be sorted, all of which were sorted out with in a day - some in the same day. Most real estate agents are difficult to say the least. These guys do have some traits of a typical agency but they are really very helpful in difficult situations, where it really counts. Not too many agencies around London I'd recommend tbh, definitely few I can review to stay miles away from. But these guys are alright.

Really friendly guys and down to earth. They asked us the standard questions and we were able to see a property the very next day. The lady even went out of her way to show us a flat after she had finished work. Unfortunately our situation changed and so we weren't able to proceed with the lovely flat they had. This company found tenants for me 4.5 years ago and I'm going back to them again since I am very happy with the service they provided. (I manage the property myself). Their fees are reasonable, they are knowledgeable and friendly and happy to help with advice when necessary. I don't get the impression they are trying to get every last penny out of the landlord or tenant, as some agents seem to want to do. There is no such thing as an estate or letting agent with a heart, but they are the closest I have found!
