I have just completed the sale of a property with Stow Brothers. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again later this year. I dealt mainly with Jon and Paul. They were professional and very informative and went above and beyond to help me on several occasions. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They were always on hand to give good advice and guidance. The staff at the office were always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were recommended to me by a work colleague who also thought very highly of them. I trusted them and I'm grateful for their help and guidance throughout.

By leaps and bounds, Stow Brothers are the greatest estate agent we've ever dealt with. They were kind, honest, helpful, reasonable, responsive and fair at every step of everything. They sold our home very quickly for a great price. The listing was exceptional, as they only use high-end photographers and have excellent copywriters - we both work in comms/marketing, and were very impressed with the work. They're established as an anti-geezer estate agent (you get the sense that they're borderline 'anti-estate agents' in certain respects - they didn't show us any dodgy properties in our own hunt, didn't waste our time or send us options above our budget once - which was such a breath of fresh air and something the market needs more of). And having used the online only agencies in the past, it was clinically obvious how much more value we gained in having people to talk to and meet with, relative to any savings from those platforms. They were never pushy, but when we asked if they had any preferred partners for conveyancing etc they had excellent suggestions that were great to work with. Honestly, it's easy to see why they're doing so well and have grown across the area in such a short period of time. I like them so much I'd consider moving again just to do business with them again. Of the 6 agents we had value our house, Stow Brothers were the standout choice to sell with. Jon's professional yet friendly approach to our interactions made us feel comfortable, and it's a bonus that he doesn't wear a suit and speak like a shark, like other agents do. The brochures, web listings and photography were all of a very high quality, in line with our expectations of what a good agent should provide their clients. My partner and I were looking to move last year and were excited to see a new branch of Stow Brothers opening up in our local Highams Park. Working with Will there, the process of putting our property up on sale was pretty painless and we were happy to get offers immediately after the first weekend of viewings. Unfortunately we weren't able to find a place to move on to, although we did view a number of properties via them also around Walthamstow and Highams Park. We changed agents to the Stow Brothers and I was impressed as soon as I met with them. Friendly, professional, they know the market extremely well and best of all they are Pro-active. They are super responsive to emails and calls, I was never waiting too long before I had a reply. By far the best estate agents i've ever dealt with, I would highly recommend using these guys!! They take the stress out of moving and we all know how much of a headache it can be. Do not waste your time with any other estate agents call the Stow Brothers if you want to sell!

I started my sale through Jon. The process to advertise my flat was seamless and made easy thanks to his existing experience. Within weeks they had arranged an EPC visit, an excellent photographer, finished the brochure and placed the property on the market. First viewings they were arranged resulted in an immediate offer and acceptance. Lachlan took my property from the point of offering through to completion. Lachlan is very responsive, calm, friendly and considerate to everybody's concerns. My sale became very complicated very quickly due to the complications of multiple demands that occur sometimes on lease holder properties with multiple stakeholders. It got to the stage where I was forced to invest an hour or more of my time each day for over 6 months to accommodate the overwhelming and tenacious demands.
